time to begin again…

what is this shift?

As a bilingual facilitator, MBA (masters of business administration), solopreneur, 2nd generation astrologer, & budding content creator, I have spent the past 20+ years working with nonprofit organizations, small businesses, entrepreneurs & teams across sectors and industries. More simply stated, I’ve worked with PEOPLE. From all walks of life, cultural backgrounds, countries and belief systems. I revel in our diversity and difference, & am also deeply inspired by how similar we are in our humanness. 

Like many others, I have ping-ponged around this life, trying on different identities, educational pursuits, and career trajectories to figure out where I fit. Always feeling I had to pick a box…yet never really fitting in any. Then one night in meditation the little me screamed, “you always said you wanted to be a Renaissance Woman, so why don’t you own it?!” , lol, touché my inner self, touché. 😜 

I know I am not alone. So many of us are carving out our unique ways of moving through this world, giving back, working on ourselves, staying curious, connecting to something greater, while always exploring and learning…

The future of our world is uncertain. Unexpected change, transition, hostility, & instability are keywords of this era. Like history shows, in tumultuous times like these, there is also unique OPPORTUNITY for us to do things differently. To experiment and create. To say adios to the status quo…in short, I believe we are in a time of RENAISSANCE. & as RENAISSANCE PEOPLE we honor how layered we all are, enrich ourselves through various channels, and are not about being put in any proverbial box.

So as I enter my 10th year 🙏 of this solopreneur game, it is time to bring all I’ve learned through academia, entrepreneurship, community, spirituality, and the brutal work of healing to the table. 🤝 

After months of deep heart centered work, I am thrilled to share that from here forward my mission is to help people nurture their true selves, & purpose driven commerce, so they can build the realities they desire. My vision is a world where all people have access to self-actualization, realization, & transcendence.

Just a tad bit aspirational eh? 😉 

ok, I’m interested, but what will we be exploring in this La NRC space?

Since launching in 2016 I have had the honor to work with people one-on-one, in groups, and with organizations as a whole…yet I never offered direct programming of my own, which is now changing.

2025 is a year of experimentation so that YOU, my COMMUNITY, can let me know what is really of value to you - what really helps you actualize, realize, and transcend (much more to follow on what all this even means!)? Cause I believe we can all be works of A.R.T. in progress if we want to be. 😘🎨👯

Some of the high level themes we will be exploring and diving into together…

• The importance of DEFINING YOUR OWN SUCCESS. Money is an important tool we currently use to get what we want and need, but really it’s just that, a tool, and rarely is ever what truly motivates us or provides us fulfillment.

• There are MANY different paths we can take in life, and we can change course as needed or desired, one journey is not inherently better than the other; what is more important is you are clear in the VALUE you provide and what YOUR UNIQUE CORE DRIVERS are.

• Embracing being a LIFE LEARNER - cause that’s where it’s at!

• How might we build organizations and businesses that engage in commerce, but reject the current capitalist model of being solely driven by profit, winning at all costs, and chasing constant growth no matter what?

  • My Commerce with Heart - Comercio con Corazón programming is all about nurturing purpose driven commerce…from discovering our why, to being mission driven, to exploring business structures like employee share models

• How might we go FARTHER TOGETHER with healthy boundaries and virtuous cycles of GIVING AND RECEIVING?

• What am I talking about when I say Science🧬+ Spirituality🔮 = Magic🪄?

• How do we really live as RENAISSANCE GENTE (PEOPLE)? We are multi-faceted, juggling titles and talents, but this is not about “doing it all” and burning out. It is instead about finding your harmony and rhythm in the world, developing abilities that you feel good about, finding ways to be of service, connecting to the divine within and around us…and of course, have some fun. 🥳 

• We are powerful, independent, interconnected beings, who have developed systems and shared realities that are NOT benefitting us as a whole (talking about all people & planet) - yet we absolutely can change, create new norms, and shape our REALITIES into something different…both new & ancient, traditional & modern, spiritual & scientific.

• & much more…🤩 

So as this world shifts, I am making a call to all who flow with this thinking - whether you are a founder of a business/organization, professional, artisan, artist, changemaker, healer, student, or just a HUMAN who wants to create realities based on being a Renaissance Person who is committed to Healing, Knowing Thyself Fully, Being of Service, & nurturing Purpose Driven Commerce - THEN STICK AROUND & SHARE!! pretty please 🥰 🙏 ✊
